  • What is the message you want to convey? This will form the basis of your script.

  • Who is your target audience? 

  • Where will the film be shown? Website, Social Media, Trade shows?

  • When will the film need to be delivered by?

  • Do you have any specific requirements? Special effects, animation or aerial filming?

  • Have you seen an example video you like the look of?

  • Budget? It’s good to have an idea of what you want to spend.

  • The Narrative - Would you like a voiceover and music, or just on-screen titles?

  • Filming interviews? What is the availability of staff, locations and resources?
